How I work

Often I’m brought in when priorities aren’t obvious and decisions need to be made. That usually means helping teams figure out what to tackle first, what can wait, and what’s worth trying out quickly to learn more.

I spend time understanding the problem, but I don’t wait for perfect information. Some things are best tested by talking, others by building, and often by doing a bit of both. Direction shifts as things become clearer.

Startup environments suit me best, especially where there’s autonomy, trust, and a shared focus on getting things done. Day to day, I work closely with engineers, founders, and product teams, keeping things moving and helping decisions land.
